We are pleased to share an opportunity from one of our long-standing volunteers, Tom Battye. Tom is a thought leader in coaching supervision, and led the development of the EMCC Global Supervision Competence Framework, which are now an industry standard.

Tom is currently running a supervision skills training programme in the Netherlands for 25 Dutch learners, all of whom are already EMCC Global Senior or Master Practitioner coaches. The group is 12 months into the two-year programme. Find the course information here.

He is currently seeking 25 English-speaking supervisees to participate in pro bono supervision over the next 12 months. This will involve being supervised, online, for up to eight sessions, without charge, between April 2023 and April 2024. You will be expected to share feedback with your supervisor when the process is complete.
