Podcast series on internal coaching supervision

Podcast series on internal coaching supervision

one to one session

26 April 2023

Paul Heardman, EMCC UK Director for Supervision Practice, introduces a new podcast series on internal coaching supervision.

This month we launch a new EMCC UK podcast series on internal coaching supervision. Hosts Katharine St John-Brooks and Jeremy Gomm share their expertise and research on this topic, and they are joined across the six episodes by guests to explore the experience of internal coaching supervision across a range of public and private sector organisations.

The series looks at diverse models for the supervision of internal coaches, including where the supervisors are part of the organisation themselves as in-house supervisors, and where external supervisors come in from outside to work with internal coaches.

Listen to the series preview below, where Katharine and Jeremy Jeremy discuss the key talking points of the series and share reflections from some of their guests.
