I am thrilled to announce that our newly elected President of EMCC UK is Ivan Beaumont. Ivan has been a longstanding member of EMCC UK, and a valued colleague on the Board for the past 14 months as Director of Digital. He is also the lead volunteer for our team coaching special interest group.

Ivan is currently involved with the pending IT infrastructure and website changes at EMCC UK, and brings with him valuable insight into AI and technology in coaching. This knowledge and insight will be essential as our profession experiences the impact of technological innovation.

Ivan is keen to maintain continuity in our strategic direction, and has readily demonstrated our values in his behaviour and contribution to the Board. I have enjoyed working with Ivan. He is wise, considered, and does what he says he will do. His specialisms include team coaching, positive psychology, and in-house coaching, having both designed and delivered coaching programmes at Network Rail and now for his own business.

I wish Ivan well in his new role, and I am sure that he will make a lasting contribution to EMCC UK and our profession. He will commence his role as President on 1 January 2024, and can be contacted at [email protected].
