Introducing our five new Deputy Directors

people shaking hands

17 August 2023

EMCC UK has recently appointed five Deputy Directors to support work across our Centre for Excellence.

We are:

Anna Springett: Deputy Director for Connecting Coaching Membership
Beth Clare McManus: Deputy Director for Research in Coaching Practice
Marian Rosefield: Deputy Director for Coaching Knowledge Exchange
Neil Flint: Deputy Director for Festival
Tarek Jomaa: Deputy Director for Professional Coaching Development

Working alongside a team of volunteers, our work will support the EMCC UK Board to make positive changes for our membership and help shape the future of EMCC UK.

As we embark on our individual areas of focus, we would like to ensure that the work we create and commission is informed and underpinned by our members’ needs. It’s important to all of us that we test any assumptions we might be making, and ensure that our output aligns with what you would really benefit from.

To help us do that, please take a few minutes to complete our initial, anonymous survey. Your responses will help us ensure that our work for 2023/24 is aligned to your needs.
