This year, EMCC UK is sponsoring the Business Culture Award for Best Coaching, Mentoring or Personal Development Initiative for Business Culture. The category is now open for entries, and the deadline is 30 June 2023. Rachael Hanley-Browne, EMCC UK President will be on the judging panel. As part of your submission, you will need to outline all the steps of your project, including planning, implementation, measurement, outcome, and next steps. You will also need to outline clearly who has been involved, and include a rationale as to why these people were selected in the case of coaches, coachees, mentors, mentees, and personal development groups.

We encourage you to submit an entry to the awards! This is a great way to raise the profile of our profession. It’s also a great way for your team to get the recognition you deserve for your contribution to the culture of UK business.
