Mindfulness sessions for EMCC UK members

During these very challenging times with the coronavirus pandemic, EMCC UK is offering its members a series of four lunchtime mindfulness sessions, as a resource aimed at supporting mentors, coaches and supervisors. Participants do not need to have any previous mindfulness experience, and the sessions are free for all EMCC UK members.

The sessions will be delivered by Sarah Loud, who is a member of our Operations Team. Sarah is also a mindfulness and yoga practitioner and teacher. In the sessions, she will be sharing some of the resources she uses and recommends to her students to support them in their ongoing practice.

The four mindfulness sessions will take place on Zoom on alternate Wednesdays from 1.00 to 1.30pm BST. They will be held on:

8 April
22 April
6 May
20 May

Each session will be self-contained, and the four sessions will focus on different themes, allowing them to be attended in isolation or as a series.

Numbers will be limited to 20 participants and offered on a first come, first served basis.
