Celebrating the latest professional accreditations

26 August 2020 – Paul Crick, the EMCC UK Professional Development Director, writes in celebration of professional accreditation, and about the weekly group mentoring sessions available for EMCC UK members.

August has been a month of celebration for many of our members, with some really good news to focus on for a change. It has been an immense privilege to support and co-facilitate an amazing group of coaches and supervisors who prepared their submissions for professional accreditation.

I’m pleased to share that a record number of members completed the most recent Five Day Sprint to achieve either their first professional accreditation or an upgrade along the professional path as coaches and supervisors.

EMCC uses a deliberate lens of celebrating the arc of each individual journey towards mastery: how each person started, what key events shaped their motivations, and how and where they choose to focus their practice both now and in the future. Each individual story is rich, inspiring and basks in the light of unshakeable strength and undeniable truth. If I was a commissioner of coaching services, I would want every single one in my corner supporting my people.

The next Five Day Sprint is now being organised, and I encourage you to put 19-23 October 2020 in your diaries. For those interested in getting themselves organised ahead of time, EMCC UK will be offering group mentoring sessions each week prior to 19 October.

If you are interested in this, please email me. Places will be limited, so do sign up early to make sure you progress.
