Kent Networking Event - What is Executive Coaching with Astrid Korin - 6th March 2024

Busting the myths around what it takes to coach leaders. In this network event, Astrid (exec coach) will showcase the very human issues that leaders grapple with most and challenge some widely held assumptions around what it takes to coach leaders. We will explore case studies inspired by an amalgamation of different clients (to ensure anonymity). Together as a group, we will reflect on the skills and competencies required.

You will be invited to share your experience and curiosities and the tools that you might use so we can pool our knowledge.
