Free Hampshire & Dorset Virtual Network: Well, what now? Self as Instrument: Cultivating grounded compassion

How do you bring your best self to your work? Presented by Eunice Aquilina
The most powerful and versatile tool we have is the ‘self’ we are and using ourselves well is critical to the quality of the interventions we make with our clients. We all have embodied ways of being which shape how we; encourage trust, build connection, respond/react and handle ourselves in moments of conflict. By tuning into our body, we can become aware of what is habitual, interrupt unhelpful patterns and become more skilful in the immediate moment.

How do we learn to tune into the intelligence of the body? What does it mean to be self-responsive?
