What to expect
Our EMCC UK Festival 2024 has been created to offer you time to pause, reflect and learn. We live and work in demanding times. Our attention is often distracted, and we are pulled in many directions. Therefore, we may not prioritise meaningful or potentially transformational professional development. Our EMCC UK Festival 2024 is eclectic in its approach. We offer you an opportunity to plant, nurture and grow your professional practice across the fields of coaching, mentoring and supervision.
You will be invited to join us as we walk through streams of knowledge, skill, and practice. Also, to pause and reflect on innovative research, and its potential influence on how we coach, mentor, or supervise. We have planned this event with you, our members, in mind. We want to invite you, and those contemplating membership, to engage in a day of reflection, exploration and development. And to celebrate what a wonderful profession we share.
Our festival is arranged around six streams: wellbeing coaching; reciprocal and reverse mentoring; AI conversation bots; inclusion; supervision, and team coaching. Once registered, you will be invited to the registrants’ area on the Festival site and closer to the date of the festival you will be asked to select the two streams that are most relevant to your practice. This will then automatically allocate you to the three sessions in each stream.
Together we will explore the opportunities and challenges of our evolving context, and build a better and stronger community of coaches, mentors and supervisors.
Join us, and your peers. Let’s create our future together!
