Brighton & Sussex Network in-person launch event: Hybrid Working

With hybrid working fast becoming the norm for companies returning to work, how can we as coaches and mentors better support them? Do we know what they need? Do they know what they need?

Join Soraya Shaw, Executive Coach and Applied Organisational Neuroscientist, and EMCC UK for an interactive round-table workshop that will help you answer the questions:

- What are the key drivers that clients need support with right now?
- How can I package my service(s) to meet the changing needs of my clients?
- How can I apply learnings in neurosafety to enhance my practice and the impact it has on those I work with?

Welcoming independent, in-house and in-training coaches and mentors to come together to share experiences and leave with new insights and tools that will enhance your practice and ability to better serve your clients very real needs as we shift to an era of hybrid working.

About the presenter

Soraya is an advocate for applying the latest evidenced behavioural, cognitive and emotional Neuroscience to understanding how the human brain works, why people behave the way they do and the advantages of each of us experiencing the world uniquely and diversely. Being one of only two people (globally!) to hold an MSc in ‘Applied Neuroscience in Organisations’ she is well placed to support leaders and their teams to thrive with a healthier work environment and increased performance.
