Deputy Director for Supervision Practice

We are seeking a volunteer who is keen to play a leading role in the development of the EMCC UK’s focus on supervision as our new Deputy Director for Supervision Practice.

This is a 2-3 year term, and we are looking for someone who would like to give approximately 200 hours per year.  Ideally you will hold ESIA (or equivalent supervisor accreditation) or be currently working towards this.   

We have exciting plans for broadening and deepening our EMCC UK offer on supervision, supporting both supervisors and also coaches and mentors wanting to get more from the supervision process.  This includes championing greater inclusion and diversity in supervision.  

The successful candidate will work closely with our Director for Supervision Practice, Paul Heardman, on specific elements of our emerging supervision strategy that suit your interests and experience.
