The January meeting will focus on mentoring. We are very lucky to have Rebecca White kicking off the topic. Rebecca is the CEO and Founder of Your Own Place, a social enterprise that she set up in 2013 with a mission to prevent homelessness. Your Own Place now has seven staff, 300 volunteer mentors and has helped over 800 people. She will talk about how they train their mentors and, in particular, how they have dealt with the challenges thrown up by moving from face-to-face to virtual mentoring and online training. Then we would love to hear about your own challenges and how you’ve faced them.
