Cambridgeshire Network Meeting

Autumn Meeting with Sally Bernham of Idyia Coaching

Enhancing practice through supervision

Supervision is an essential part of taking care of yourself as a coach, staying open to new learning, developing new insights and staying curious about all aspects of your coaching.

This interactive session, led by Sally Bernham, will provide coaches with a reflective and supportive space in which to experience coaching supervision and explore their coaching with a group of coach peers. ‘Super-vision’ focuses on developing new ways of seeing our coaching, becoming aware of our blind spots and the different lenses through which we look when coaching and reflecting on our coaching.

For new or experienced coaches, this session will highlight the benefits and impact of supervision and help you to consider how you can make supervision work for you as part of your on-going reflective practice. It will consider different approaches to supervision based on the principles of focused dialogue, insight, support and development of the ‘internal supervisor.’

As much of the session will be spent in supervision, come with some aspects of your coaching you are curious about and would like to explore furthering a confidential and supportive space.
