Opening up: Enabling your clients to express themselves


At the start of a new coaching relationship or during the formation of a team, clients often struggle to tell their story and sometimes feel confused even where to start. As coaches, we can help our clients explore these areas in a number of different ways.

The event will be divided into three parts:

  1. Tim Spackman and Stewart Brown will introduce a few techniques before inviting participants to share their own experiences and what has worked for them
  2. Participants will then have the opportunity - in coaching pairs - to experiment with any of the ideas suggested which may be new to them, or to practice other tried and tested techniques
  3. The evening will close with a review of learning

To entice you to the event (as if you needed an excuse!) there will be tea, coffee and a light buffet.
