The Mindful Coach 

An introduction to the benefits of a developing a Mindfulness coaching mindset, before, during and after!

An experiential workshop to uncover how taking a mindfulness approach could help:

·       build the coaching relationship,

·       focus heightened listening,

·       develop and trust intuition,

·       ask better questions,

·       ensure constructive feedback. 

We begin by discussing the idea of developing a “Present Active Listening Mindset’ (PALM mode) and then take a closer look at the attitudes of mindfulness and how as coaches they can help us overcome our own barriers to aid insight and learning during a session and inform our reflective practices.

Jason Hall is a Mindfulness Now Teacher/Practitioner and facilitates Wellbeing and Resilience workshops for corporate clients helping busy professionals uncover the benefits of developing a mindfulness practise.

 Who can attend this event? 

This CPD event is open to all coaches and mentors with an interest in professional development. Simply register your interest and book your place.

 How much does it cost? 

Members of EMCC £10.00 (incl. VAT) Non-Members £15.00 (incl. VAT) If you are an EMCC UK member you will need to be signed into your account to register. If you are not an EMCC UK member, please create a temporary account in order to register for the event.
