We are delighted that Paul Watkins, one of the EMCC Governors will be coming to this meeting which will provide a great opportunity for him to listen to the voices of our members so that he can articulate their needs, concerns, questions and direction-giving to the Directors.
Paul is an EMCC Senior Practitioner, ICF PCC and Ashridge accredited Executive Coach with an MSc in Executive Coaching, is a Master Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching (AoEC) , has a diploma in Gestalt Coaching and followed a year of study in Group Facilitation at London’s Gestalt Institute. He also holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
In helping coaching clients achieve sustainable change, Paul combines psychologically informed coaching with his commercial and technology experience. He helps clients to recognise the elementary ingredients that contribute to disorienting situations. He works relationally, making explicit use of the changing nature of the relationship between the coach and the client as a resource in the coaching process.
The Organisers
Lisa Hegan and Sandra Keith have been actively running ILM Qualifications in Coaching & Mentoring for many years and are passionate about providing on-going peer support opportunities for people who have qualified as professional coaches.
