West Midlands Network Webinar - Coaching to Build and Maintain Resilience in a World Emerging from COVID - OPEN TO ALL

In this session Carole will talk us through how we can build and maintain our own resilience, both for ourselves and our clients

What is this Webinar about?

As both coaches and their clients emerge into a world changed by COVID, the issue of resilience is a key one for both organisations and individuals. How do we all need to adapt in order to work with what may be difficult new unexpected realities?  How can coaches support their clients so that they are able to work well in a time of uncertainty, through helping them develop the resilience resources to do more than survive.

In this session which will combine input with experiential learning, Dr Carole Pemberton will bring her experience of working with resilience issues with leaders to help the group explore:

  • What are the resilience learnings from lockdown that are useful going forward?
  • How to recognise when a client has a resilient gap that deserves attention (even if they do not use the word)
  • What are the 3 ways in which coaches can work with resilience loss or a resilience gap?
  • Practising a tool that can help a client access their own resilience learning.
