Guest Speaker
Stephen Tolfree works for HMRC as an executive coach, where he has coached many hundreds of people. He helps people overcome internal obstacles to giving their best and specialises in helping people recover confidence after workplace conflict. Prior to this he worked on policy for HM Treasury and was a management consultant, making change happen in challenging environments. Most of his clients have just one 2-hour coaching session and a year later 81% report that they have sustained positive changes as a result.
The Organiser
Dee Donnelly is committed to public sector growth in coaching and mentoring skills and knowledge. Facilitating leadership development and increased resourcefulness. Background in professional social work, with experience across wide range of public sector. Qualified coach in 2005, still love it!

This group is free to both EMCC UK members and non-members but is only open to individual public sector employees working with coaching and mentoring.
