The most powerful and versatile tool we have is the ‘self’ we are and using ourselves well is critical to the quality of the interventions we make with our clients. We all have embodied ways of being which shape how we; encourage trust, build connection, respond/react and handle ourselves in moments of conflict. By tuning into our body, we can become aware of what is habitual, interrupt unhelpful patterns and become more skilful in the immediate moment.

About the presenter
Eunice Aquilina draws from over 30 years’ experience working in the field of learning and change, both as a senior practitioner in corporate roles and as a consultant working with global companies. As a coach, Eunice works with senior leaders, in particular women, enabling them to become more conscious of who they are as a leader, what they care about and what inspires them.
Eunice is an author; she published her first book three years ago and her second at the beginning of this year. She holds the prestigious EMCC Master Coach Accreditation and is an accredited executive coach supervisor with APECS
Who can attend?
While the focus of this network is coaches, mentors and supervisors in the Hampshire and Dorset area, as meetings will be virtual for the foreseeable future, all members and guests are welcome to join us.
