Using Coaching Tools For Impact
An exploration of a range of coaching tools and how they can enhance your coaching.
In this experiential seminar, Ruth will be exploring how we can use tools to keep our coaching fresh and not fall into ‘habitual’ coaching.
When coaches are new, their focus can tend to be on learning coaching tools to use, to impress, or to feel confident with their client. As coaches become more experienced, they can become comfortable with using the few tools they like, or none at all.
In a world of work where change is a constant and the context can be ambiguous and uncertain, having a tool kit that can surprise and enable deep insight and new thinking is vital. Start the year by reviewing and updating your coaching toolkit.

- Explore a set of up to 20 tools you may not have seen before
- Identify where to use and how to update your tool kit

About the presenter
Ruth Sangale – Enjoy Work Ltd
Ruth is a master practitioner EMCC qualified coach who started her leadership and coaching business 15 years ago. She specialises in creativity and innovation. Ruth now coaches and facilitates leadership programmes with a variety of clients in the UK and globally.
She is a faculty member for an NGO, and facilitates a 12 day leadership residential programme in Brazil, Italy Kenya and India. With young leaders from around the world, using creative tools such as drama, drawing and visualization. In the last year she has started working with UNICEF coaching country leaders across the globe and running team development programmes in Afghanistan and Belize.
She is also an accredited EMCC coach trainer.
