Yorkshire Network - Distorted Realities Zoom Session (Open to all)

Have you ever found yourself rushing to check your notes because a client’s view of what you have discussed seems very different to your own recollection? Do you live in the same area as any of your clients? Ever bumped into them in the locality with their friends or family?

Do you know what your clients really think about you? Have you any idea what they tell work colleagues, their friends and their family about their coaching sessions – about you?

How does this impact on your relationship with your client? If this is tricky, what might be the resolutions?

Julie Tolley and Dr Karen Llewellyn want to explore some of these issues.  Triggered by a recent EMCC CPD session the potential for distorted realities arising in the coaching partnership is challenging them to seek answers.

In this session the trigger moment will be discussed, your views sought, and the importance of ethics considered. Join us if this resonates with you.
