At this meeting we will be focusing on training internal coaches - what depth is appropriate? How much theory? ILM5 or something else? What is ‘good value’? Jenny Whitfield and Richard Tallontire from Oxfam have kindly volunteered to come and talk about how they have organised coach training at Oxfam. Rita Symons from the EMCC will also be there to talk about the partnership that the EMCC has recently formed with the ILM.
