Bristol & Bath Network Face to Face event - Reflective Practise in the Natural World - 4th June 2024

Following last year’s enjoyable event we invite you to come and enjoy another evening where we use the natural world to support reflective practise. It offers you an opportunity to try some reflective practise techniques and engage in reflection to support you as a coach and your coaching.  Come ready to experiment and explore reflective practise, dress appropriately for the weather with appropriate footwear.

Guest Speaker
Anita Hayne is an Accredited Professional Executive Coach and a Qualified Supervisor working towards accreditation. She has many years of coaching experience working with clients at all levels in organisations, in both the private, public and charity sectors, including 12 years as a specialist coach in the Neurodiversity field.

Anita’s coaching and supervision approach is a balance of support and challenge using a mixture of tools including clean language and using nature to enable self-development and personal growth.

As an independent coach, consultant & coaching supervisor for the last 21yrs she has coached on management programmes, delivered group supervision, completed numerous individual coaching and supervision assignments, mentored individuals and acted as an associate coaching supervisor for many years.

The session will be led by Anita Hayne an Accredited Executive Coach and Qualified Coach Supervisor – “As a Coach and Coach Supervisor I recognise the importance of regular supervision and what it provides me with as a coach, what it brings to my coaching and how it ultimately benefits my clients. That process starts with me reflecting and that regular reflective practise feeds into what I take to supervision. I hope to inspire you to consider how you can approach reflective practise for yourself and how that can support you as a coach and supervisee.”

We hope that the weather will be kind to us but there is a covered band stand for shelter if needed - please meet us at the band stand to start the session.  The event will go ahead even if it is raining! A drink and snack will be provided and so please let the organisers know if you have any dietary requirements.
