Constellations – Systemic Coaching meets Visual Thinking!
Experience visual constellations and an introduction to the ‘grammar’ of systemic mapping in this hands-on workshop. You will go away with an introduction to a self-coaching and self-supervision approach that can also inform your client work. Constellations can make hidden systemic dynamics and underused resources visible and therefore new solution paths can start to emerge and high impact actions crystallize.
We will create visual constellations with simple drawings on Post-its. If you suffer from the ‘I-can’t-draw-syndrome' you may discover that you actually can! Claudia herself is fairly new to working with visuals and will share her tips on how to use simple drawings like emojis or basic symbols to create an additional layer of information when working with clients.
Bring a live work challenge (or opportunity) you can use for self-coaching and which you are happy to talk about with others. Also, have also some post-its or plain paper and a pen handy.
Guest Speaker
Claudia Filsinger is an executive coach, coach educator, supervisor and the Founder of Moving Maps Ltd. She facilitates creative-problem solving through coaching methods based on systemic and visual approaches. Her versatile portfolio includes coaching, workshops, reflective learning communities and leadership development with clients in a broad range of industries and geographies. Her corporate background was in sales in IT and digital media. Also, she lectured part-time in business, management and coaching at Oxford Brookes Business School for 10 years and publishes regularly on coaching and leadership topics. https://moving-maps.com

Tina Dickens is an experienced coach and coaching tutor. She is accredited as an EIA Senior Practitioner by the EMCC.
Nicci Statham is an experienced master coach and qualified coaching supervisor, specialising in behaviour change and reflective practise
