The developing agenda for coaching research: Theory, practice or angels on a pin?
In this session Jonathan will explore the development of coaching practice and research over the past three decades. What does the research tell us about evidenced based practice? What should we be doing in our coaching that we are not, and what are the coming themes for coaching research for the coming decade? If you are a coaching researcher or a coach in practice the session will provide you will some new insights on what you do and what the future of coaching holds for best practice.
'There will be networking from 4.30 p.m. with Jonathan's presentation from 5.00 p.m. until 6.30 p.m.
The event will be held in the Boulind room, which is in the Mary Allan Building.
