West Midlands Network Event - Team Coaching with David Clutterbuck
This Event is now being run on-line. Come and hear David’s views about team coaching; how it is defined, how it is different from other forms of team intervention, the benefits it can bring but the pitfalls it may encounter. Followed by an interactive session looking at the practicalities of introducing the principles of team coaching in your workplace.
David Clutterbuck is one of the early pioneers of developmental coaching and mentoring, and co-founder of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Author of more than 70 books, including the first evidence-based titles on coaching culture and team coaching, he is visiting professor at four business schools. He leads a global network of specialist mentoring and coaching training consultants; Coaching and Mentoring International.
The event will be held in Rooms MU504/505 on the top floor (look out for the posters on the day; just in case the room changes.)
Networking will start at 17.30pm, with the event starting at 18.00 p.m.
