North West Network - Coaching as an Artistic Practice

Coaching as an Artistic Practice

Coaching as an Artistic Practice:

Join Creative Coach and Consultant Auriel Majumdar to hear some of the stories emerging from her PhD research investigating the relationships between Coaching and Art. Using her reflections on her research journey, Auriel will explore the similarities between the creative process and coaching processes and ask what Art can teach us as coaches and also how Coaching could be a creative practice in its own right.
This interactive workshop will explore the use of creative techniques in coaching and will offer a space to explore themes of change, creativity, and identity. There will be an opportunity to practice a range of creative coaching techniques and consider how these might be integrated into your own coaching practice. You can read more about Auriel and her work here
