This workshop, with David Klaasen, will explore the concept of a Paradoxical Leadership mindset.  A mindset that requires high levels of self-awareness, the ability to balance opposing and seemingly contradictory behaviours while maintaining a clear and creative mind. Through understanding this, you can find new approaches, for you and your clients.

Developing a Paradoxical Leadership Mindset

Leading in a VUCA world and decoding what drives your clients' behaviour

The ongoing volatility and uncertainty of the economic and political environment is creating chronic stress for leaders.  They need to navigate very complex decisions with ambiguous outcomes.  They need to lead with authentic confidence because people can now see through the blindly optimistic bluster that may have worked in the past. They need to use compassionate power to show they care and to demonstrate they can make a difference. This requires a Paradoxical Leadership mindset.

This workshop will explore the concept of a Paradoxical Leadership mindset.  A mindset that requires high levels of self-awareness, the ability to balance opposing and seemingly contradictory behaviours while maintaining a clear and creative mind. Through understanding this, you can find new approaches for your clients.

As coaches you can also benefit from developing a Paradoxical Leadership mindset to drive your own business through the uncharted waters and complexity of the current health and economic crisis.
