This Coaching and Climate webinar with Sarah Flynn will be a practical session focusing on tools and techniques for change. It will be a ‘supported practice’ webinar whose purpose will be exploring and trying out practical skills in a safe space.
 

Sarah Flynn from the Climate Change Coaches will lead this practical session exploring how we, as coaches, can use tools and techniques in a climate conscious way to support change.

Sarah is a psychologist, an ICF-accredited coach and trained Relationship and Systems coach. A founding member of The Climate Change Coaches, Sarah designs and delivers courses for coaches and sustainability professionals and is co-author of the upcoming book ‘Coaching and Climate Change; practical coaching skills to create climate action’.

Sarah has worked with a range of international organisations to design and deliver interventions supporting personal, interpersonal and systemic resilience during times of change. Clients include C40, Microsoft, Royal Bank of Cananda, ICBC, AxaXL, Legal and General, Dentons, UCL and Imperial College, London.

She is a speaker on ‘Authentic Resilience’ for the Sustainability Leadership Programme at the University of Cambridge.
