North West Peer Coaching Virtual Network Event - 3rd April 2024

A peer-coaching network for professionally qualified coaches to support, challenge and develop one another, and to raise the standards of both ethical coaching and professional coaching. A co-created learning space where encouragement, mutual respect, welfare of each other and the care of oneself is paramount.

Yolanda Collinson
Yolanda is a highly experienced and qualified Executive Coach, Business Mentor and Facilitator. She works directly with leaders across both the business world and those who lead in elite sport. As a former executive director she brings business thinking into sport and by working with notable clients like The Premier League, British Swimming and Sport England, she brings high-performance thinking into businesses. 

She has worked closely with leaders, teams and organisations across engineering, law, insurance, design, healthcare and academia. She is an ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach and also holds an MSc in Coaching and Mentoring with distinction. 

 

Yolanda is passionate about raising the standard of professional coaching and mentoring and has coordinated the NW Peer Coaching Network for the last 5 years.




Rachel Westerbeek
Following a 20-year career in Higher Education across Academic and Professional Service roles, Rachel now works as an independent Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer. Rachel specialises in providing safe and effective coaching for neurodivergent thinkers, predominantly working with newly identified/ diagnosed Autistic and/ or ADHD Senior Leaders to enable them to better align their work and personal lives with this new understanding of self. She also delivers training to support other coaches and facilitators to create more neuro-inclusive learning environments.

Rachel has been coaching for 10 years and her experience is underpinned by Level 7 qualifications in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and Coaching for Organisational Performance. She also has a Postgraduate Certificate in Autism and lived experience of autism, ADHD, and epilepsy.

Rachel is a member of the EMCC, UK and Co-Lead for the EMCC UK Neurodiversity Special Interest Group.

This group is free to EMCC UK members and £8.33 + VAT to non-members.
