Group Supervision Experience & Combining Challenge & Support when Coaching

The evening starts with a quick refreshment and networking session. Rebecca and Jason will give a brief overview of feedback from the launch event and plans going forward.

You can then join a workshop of  your choice below. After a brief re-group and reflection, we continue with more opportunity to strengthen new relationships and old, with a chance for more refreshment and conversation within the pleasant surrounds.

Live group supervision experience, led by Simon Fanning

Taking the hot seat: Simon Fanning will guide you through a group supervision experience that will allow participants who take the hot seat to gain greater insights and clarity back to their clients.  For those participating as part of the wider group, you can have the experience of thirdness and create new thought patterns based on the experience of others. Simon is qualified to run supervision by the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations. Tavistock methodology is blended from a multitude of coaching and psychological theories.

Combining challenge and support effectively when coaching, led by Amie Nazaruk-Wheeler

In this workshop, we will review some of the different techniques and approaches we use as coaches to effectively challenge our clients to support them to achieve their goals and challenge their thinking.  The session will be led by Amie Nazaruk-Wheeler, the founder and managing director of Grow Development Solutions Ltd. The company specialises in the design and delivery of bespoke learning and development solutions to support personal and business improvement and growth.
